There are only 80 units in this community making it very quiet. These 80 units are spread throughout eight buildings with only two floors so there are no long stair climbs. Features within individual units include very large private screened-in balconies and patios, large walk-in closets, fully equipped and fully furnished kitchens, and dining areas, and stainless-steel appliances.

Community amenities at the Beachview condominium community include a heated pool, tennis court, recreation, and social room, and lushly landscaped grounds.
