Essex is a condo community on Marco Island in Southwest Florida located at 861 Collier Boulevard. It is home to 60 individual condo homes and was constructed in 1990. Units range in size from 974 square feet to 1,186 square feet and floorplans offer two- or three-bedroom layouts. There are four different floorplans available including the spacious penthouse model on the top floor. Every unit also features a private screened-in patio or balcony.
Community amenities at Essex on Marco Island include a private community pool, a tennis court, a social room, covered parking, extra storage space for each unit, and close proximity to island beaches.
