Dockside is a condominium community on Marco Island in Southwest Florida located at 898 W. Elkcam Circle. This community is in the Smokehouse Bay area right on the water.
The dockside condo building was constructed in 1986 and is home to only 28 individual condo units in a low-rise three-floor building. Condos range in size from 1075 square feet to 1835 square feet. Floor plans include both two-bedroom and three-bedroom layouts with two bathrooms or three bathrooms. There are four larger penthouse units on the top floor that are some of the most desirable condo properties on the entire island. Every unit features double doors leading out to a private screened-in patio or balconies overlooking the Smokehouse Bay.
