Chalet is a condo community on Marco Island located in southwestern Florida. This condo community was built in 1980 and offers just 90 individual units on 12 floors. Chalet is a beachfront community with plenty of amenities and some of the most stunning views.
There are four different floorplans available in the Chalet building all of which offer two or three bedrooms. Plan A can be found in all condo units ending in the numbers 02. This floor plan offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms with a large open living/dining room area just off of an ample kitchen. There are two separate balconies and each of the bedrooms has its own private door leading outside. The primary suite offers its own private bathroom with two large walk-in closets and a separate dressing area.
Floor plan B offers two bedrooms and 2 ½ bathrooms and can be found in units ending in 03, 04, 05, and 06. This floorplan also has two terraces the smaller terrace is private to the primary suite alone. There is a large kitchen and a very spacious living/dining area. The primary suite also offers two large walk-in closets and an extra linen closet as well as a separate dressing area.
Floor plan C offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms and can be found in units ending in the numbers 07 and 08. This floor plan has terraces each bedroom has its own private terrace space. The primary suite has a large wraparound terrace and also features a very large private bathroom and two walk-in closets as well as a dressing area. The large living/dining area is open and just off of the kitchen and features its own terrace as well.
Floor plan D offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms and is found in units ending in the number 01. This floorplan offers a large wraparound terrace that can be accessed from the primary suite as well as the living/dining area. The primary suite includes two large walk-in closets a dressing area and a large separate private bath. The second and third bedrooms open up to the second terrace as well as the extra living space known as the atrium.
